Size Guide

What PrepDress size should I buy?

PrepDress is available in four sizes.

We recommend you buy based on your tee shirt size.  

  • Extra Small (XS): For pre teen. 56cm in length.
  • Small (S): For tee size XS-S. 60cm in length.
  • Medium (M): For tee size M. 63cm in length.
  • Large (L):  For tee size L-XL. 75cm in length.

For salon and business customers, we recommend purchasing a mix of Medium and Large sizes for professional use.

What GoodNightee size should I buy?

GoodNightee is available in three sizes, we suggest you buy based off your tee shirt sizing.

GoodNightee is designed to be loose-fitting, if you prefer a more fitted feel, we suggest sizing down.

  • Small (S): Width 118cm all around, Length 84cm
  • Medium (M): Width 125cm all around, Length 88cm
  • Large (L): Width 130cm all around, Length 90cm
Do you have kids sizes in PrepDress?

Yes! We have listened to you and your mini me wants a PrepDress too! We have created an XS, suitable for pre teens.

What is PrepDress made from?

Cotton PrepDress
Our cotton PrepDress is crafted from 100% cotton terry.

Bamboo PrepDress
Our Bamboo PrepDress is 92% bamboo and 8% spandex.

What is GoodNightee made from?

GoodNightee is made from TENCEL MODAL™ / Cotton Blend.

How do I wash my PrepDress?

To maintain its quality, please follow these care guidelines:

  • Hand wash your PrepDress in cold water or machine wash on a delicate cycle.
  • For the first wash, wash the PrepDress separately, and subsequently with similar colours.
  • Always close the Velcro strap before washing to prevent damage.
How do I wash my GoodNightee
  • Hand wash your GoodNightee in cold water or machine wash on a delicate cycle.
  • For the first wash, wash the GoodNightee separately, and subsequently with similar colours.

Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

How much is shipping?

Flat rate standard shipping within Australia is $10.

Please contact Karen at karen@prepdress.com.au for information about shipping to New Zealand.

Do you ship overseas?

Currently, our online store only accepts orders for delivery within Australia. We are, however, excited about the possibility of expanding our shipping destinations in the future to serve even more customers around the world.

For our friends in New Zealand, please reach out to Karen at karen@prepdress.com.au for information on shipping costs and how to place orders.

If you're located outside of Australia and New Zealand and are interested in our products, please email Karen at karen@prepdress.com.au who will assist.

Can I cancel my order?

If you've made an error in your order, please reach out to Karen at karen@prepdress.com.au or via Instagram DM.

If your product hasn't yet been shipped, we can assist you with changing or canceling your order.

If the items have already been shipped, you'll need to return them at your own expense within 2 weeks. Once we receive the returned goods, we'll contact you to discuss a refund or replacement.

Please note that there is no refund or return available for sale items.

What shipping providers do you use?

We currently partner with Sendle, a carbon-neutral shipping provider, to ensure eco-friendly shipping for your orders.

In places where Sendle can't deliver or for express postage, we deliver through Australia Post.

Can I return item?

We don't usually get asked about this because we have just four sizes to choose from. Please take your time choosing.

If you need to return the item, the garment must be returned in its original, unworn condition.

As we are a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for returns. 

Please contact Karen within 7 days of your purchase for instructions. The order will need to be return at your own expense to PO Box 727, Black Rock, VIC 3193, before a refund is processed.

Unfortunately, we cannot offer refunds or exchanges on any sale items.

How do I exchange an item?

We accept size or colour exchanges, but please note that as a small business, we are unable to cover the cost of shipping for exchanges. 

If you would like to exchange an item, the garment must be returned in its original, unworn condition.

Discount Codes & Sales

What is your discount code policy?

Only one discount code or incentive offer, such as Free Shipping or a Promo Code, can be applied per order.
